Jonathan Brouse
General Partner
Jonathan is an award winning small business investor, strategic senior leader, and manger with over 10 years of experience mentoring employees and collaborating with colleagues. He is a big picture thinking with a quantitative and data-driven approach to decision making, proven success in driving double digit sales growth, operational excellence, and improved team performance.
Jonathan has experience growing and operating both small and large businesses around the world. He started his career working for a fast growing entrepreneurial chemical sales business. There he worked on deals in over 16 countries and on 3 continents. From Europe & Russia, to the Middle East, he has a successful track record of working with stake holders to create win-win outcomes. Later in his career he managed a $10 million product group for an industrial wear products company in North America where he was able to drive organic growth in a declining market.
In addition to his contribution to business, Jonathan is an avid member his community and participates in various community service activities. In the past he has been recognized by the US House of Representatives for his contribution to his community.
Today Jonathan lives in Atlanta with his wife, two children, and hunting dog and he enjoys hiking, fishing, and sailing in his spare time.
Jonathan holds an Executive MBA from Goizueta Business School - Emory University and Chemical Engineering Degree from Miami University.
